Here I am

This is actually my day three here in France. Internet is not very accessible at the place where I am staying. The keyboard is also "azerty", so quite akward to use.

That been said, it is great to be here! The town is a typical european city. You will find small streets, interesting shops, nice ppls. The local transportation here is free, which can take you around the whole city. I am staying at the International residence for the remainder of Augest,

Met lots of ppls already. Couple girls are from UPenn ( ivy leaguers!) , and lots of Brazillians. One thing that seems common to all engineers is that we all can drink like there is no tomorrow. Being a Canadian engineer I had no trouble of blending in. The parties are also pretty fun, there were Brazillian dances, music etc.

thanks everyone for caring about my wound. It is healing slowly. The cuts were huge ( quarter arm length on both arms) so, Hopefully it doesn't leave a scare or something.

Short term plans:
couple of us are talking about going to Belgium for a weekend. Perhaps renting a car and share a hotel room.
I am also hoping to visit Paris somepoint of time...
